Thursday Run Programme
Thursday night training runs are a mixture of steady runs, speed, and hill sessions. All levels of runners are welcome, however we would expect runners to be able to run continuously for at least 50 minutes as we will be pushing our legs!
If we are running hills or speed, expect to be out for about an hour. If we are doing a steady run it will be longer as we tend to do closer to 7/7.5 miles.
All runs start at Meadowbank Sports Centre: meet in the foyer and be ready to run at 6.30pm prompt.
