Thursday Run Programme
Thursday night runs are now running with limited places due to Covid regulations. If you are interested in joining us for a Thursday run, please contact us first.
“Find your Inner Runner” – Thursday sessions are designed to guide you to fulfilling your running potential. All sessions are geared towards your speed and pace. Interval sessions are conducted in a fun and friendly environment with a view to understanding your own pace, this may even mean running slower.
All levels of runners are welcome. Expect to be out for at least an our.
With Meadowbank Stadium now being out of action until Easter 2020 the starting point for Thursday nights has switched to Portobello Swim Centre (unless indicated otherwise on FaceBook or News Letter): meet in the foyer and be ready to run at 6.30pm prompt.
