Andy said : This race should be added to the list of races to do before you die! Yes, it’s hilly and exposed and can be very windy. However. it’s great training and the marshalls and organisers from Perth Road Runners put on a great event.
It’s a shame that there were only just over 100 entrants and hopefully more people will take part next year. The views to the Perthshire Hills and then down to The Tay and over to Fife are fantastic. Also Jo saw deer and a pine martin on the course so there is a little bit of everything for everyone. After the race there is food, tea, soup, beer and you can also get a post-race massage. The impression we were left with was nothing is too much trouble to help the runners.
Hope to be back next year
