Following a successful recce the previous Thursday, 7 ERNs (Chris, Gillian, Mike, Heather, Loreen, Jo, and Murdo) turned up on a freezing cold evening to take part in a wee run taking in a number of Closes and Vennels in Edinburgh’s Old Town. About 5.5 miles but involving a wee bit of climbing (about 600ft of elevation and 800 steps!). Very scenic, braw training and great fun! Link to the route here.
The name could either be reminiscent of a Jimmy Shand barn-dance tune or the unfortunate consequences of too much Bhuna, Bucky and Jellies!
