The East Neuk 10km is organised by the local Anster Haddies running club and is a lovely, scenic and friendly local event. This year a number of the ERN ladies took part and had a good day out helped by the sunny weather. Thanks to all at Anster Haddies for a great event – recommended.

Its an out and back course along mainly farm tracks, so could get a bit bumpy, but the weather was near perfect; a little bit windy but dry, so it wasn’t muddy. The website said flat and it was fairly but there were a couple of decent sized hills on the way out, at least you knew you’d get to run down them on the way back! There was a very impressive spread of cakes and sandwiches afterwards, but we saved ourselves and went for an Anstruther fish supper. Mmmmmm.”
See you soon,

Great way to spend a Sunday!”
