The East Neuk 10km is organised by the local Anster Haddies running club and is a lovely, scenic and friendly local event. This year a number of the ERN ladies took part and had a good day out helped by the sunny weather. Thanks to all at Anster Haddies for a great event – recommended.

Emily said: “No PBs for Laura or me this time (not sure about Emma), but it was a great day out all the same. A very friendly well run event. Its an out and back course along mainly farm tracks, so could get a bit bumpy, but the weather was near perfect; a little bit windy but dry, so it wasn’t muddy. The website said flat and it was fairly but there were a couple of decent sized hills on the way out, at least you knew you’d get to run down them on the way back! There was a very impressive spread of cakes and sandwiches afterwards, but we saved ourselves and went for an Anstruther fish supper. Mmmmmm.”
See you soon,
Em.
Laura said: “What’s a run without a good fish tea after. Great run and would def recommend it! Fab sandwiches and cakes after and every runner had their number put in a raffle for wine, champagne, dinner for 2, weekend at a hotel etc although we didn’t have any luck in the draw.
Great way to spend a Sunday!”
