We have received a lovely update email from Eilidh Grigg in Australia who, along with Ali McDonald, is still flying the ERN flag and participating in events out there. Great to hear from them and best wishes to Eilidh, Brendan, Ali, Mel and Islay as they look forward to an Australian summer as we slide towards an Edinburgh winter!

Well done to Eilidh who also set a new ERN Ladies 10km best time, and a PB, with her time on the September Sri Chimnoy run – Congratulations.

The next few photos are from Williamstown in May, another Sri I did with Ali.  Another early start, and very foggy which was a bit of a shame as it’s meant to be a very pretty little town.  It’s right down by the water and apparently we ran past a ship but in the fog and the concentration, I didn’t even notice. Poor Ali wasn’t feeling too well but still did a good time.  Complimentary apple crumble this time, and Ali, Mel and wee Islay had us over for lunch afterwards which was lovely…  Ali is moving into his new house very soon, so looking forward to seeing them in it soon.

Hope you’re all well

Love me x”
